Description
We will design, program and deliver a professional website for your small business using a monthly subscription fee. It will include a dynamic main page with a slider and main options, and the following suggested sections (Up to 10 sections):
- About Us
- Out Team (with up to 10 people)
- Rooms
- Image Gallery (up to 25 images with a Lightbox feature for navigation)
- Facilities
- Products
- Services
- Location(s) (Linked to Google Maps)
- Amenities
- Menu (link to PDF menu if your business is a restaurant)
- Contact Us (with an electronic form)
- Quote (with an electronic form)
- News Section(with up to 5 news, each with one image)
- More (up to 10 sections you choose)
Your website will be fully responsive so that it can be optimized for viewing on any device including a computer, tablet and phone. It will include links to your social media, email, google map location, among others). I will be developed using the WordPress platform which will make it easy to manage, update or redesign. It will include a navigation menu and a footer with links, contact and social media icons. We will link your website to booking engines, menu services or delivery options if this applies to your business. For example, we could link to AirBnB, Expedia, Booking.com, VRBO, delivery options like Uber, etc.
You will pay a monthly subscription fee of $150.00 for at least 12 months that will be deducted automatically the first day of each month. The monthly subscription fee includes the website design, hosting services, one domain, 3 basic email accounts and basic maintenance of your content while your subscription is active. The basic maintenance includes all text changes you submit, update of any current image with one you provide and up to 2 new news each with one image. We will take two weeks to setup the hosting service and deliver your website from the date you provide the content. There are initial setup fees or charges. You can keep your website running as long as you pay your monthly fee and you can terminate at any time after the first 12 months.
The $150 fee is the payment for the first month of service.
